Mission accomplished as final contigent of Kenya Police officers return from Haiti mission

The final contigent of police officers who were remaining in Haiti returned home led by CS Interior Kipchumba Murkomen and the Inspector General National police service of Kenya Douglas Kanja.
This comes two years later when the Kenya police officers were deployed to the Caribbean nation of Haiti to quell gang violence which had dominated the city of Port AU Prince.
The Kenyan police contingents have stayed in the Caribbean nation for two years dealing with gang violence in Haiti which recorded a huge success in containing the barbecue boys who had terrorised the country for quite some time.
When the Haitians realised that Kenya was retreating back to their country, they went to the streets protesting in an effort to stop them from leaving the country which they said may slide back to lawlessness and instability.
In what started as a saying on the streets when President Ruto promised to send his officers to Haiti to restore peace and normalcy, many saw it as a big joke since the Caribbean nation was thousands of miles away from Kenya saying many countries had tried and failed terribly this rendering Haiti helpless.
President William Ruto was determined to keep his word and it eventually happened when the first contigent of Kenya Police officers left Nairobi back in the year 2024.
On 29th April 2206, The Las contingent of police officers landed in the Jomo Kenyatta international airport JKIA after completing the mission in Haiti which is now being transformed to be a peace keeping mission and being taken over by Chad police officers.
Kenya flag has been flown high for the job well done in Haiti after restoring the streets which had been taken over by armed gangs in the Caribbean nation of Haiti.
